Founder & Chief Executive Officer
With over 15 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management in Afghanistan, Mr. Zarghoon founded Zarghoon Boti in 2021 with a vision to provide reliable logistical solutions to NGOs and government institutions. Previously served as Logistics Coordinator for international NGOs operating in Herat and Kandahar.
Director of Operations
12+ years of experience in humanitarian logistics and transportation management. Mr. Hotaki oversees all transportation contracts, fleet management, and last-mile delivery operations. He manages the FSCWEO multi-year contract valued at USD 120,000 and ensures timely delivery across all provinces.
Director of Procurement & Supply
Expert in food commodity procurement and agricultural supply chains. Mr. Rahimi leads the Herat Regional Hospital food supply project (USD 300,000) and has successfully managed procurement for OASK Organization and Shatoot Consultancy. Ensures all supplies meet quality standards and certification requirements.

Head of Infrastructure & Technical Services
Civil engineer specializing in greenhouse installation and climate-smart infrastructure. Managed the USD 80,000 Prosper Afghanistan greenhouse project. Leads technical installation teams and provides training to beneficiaries.
